CHANGEOVER CLEANING
All of our properties are thoroughly cleaned by our 5* trained staff during the changeover between each guest, then checked and finishing touches added by Charley, the owner of Chy Kara Property Management.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES PROVIDED
We also offer end of tenancy/house move cleans, after build cleans, one off deep cleans in both domestic and commercial properties.
Our new de-clutter and re-organisation service is proving to be really popular.

Spring Cleaning
We perform a very thorough spring clean once a year, before the start of the season. Everything is carefully inspected, scrubbed, polished and made to sparkle. We pull absolutely everything out and clean every corner, cupboard and skirting board. Start as you mean to go on and you will find guests take more care of a home that feels loved and cared for.
